Who we are

PayLuma is run by Ajith Chacko, a sole trader based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. You can contact us at hello@payluma.com.au.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, which form you used to join, and the date you joined. That's all. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

• To tell you when your PayLuma account is ready.
• To send occasional updates about PayLuma, such as launch news and the founding member offer.

We won't sell your email address or share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Waitlist emails are stored with our database provider, Supabase, in its Sydney (Australia) data centre. This website is hosted by Netlify, which may process basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver the page securely.

Leaving the waitlist

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email hello@payluma.com.au at any time to have your email address removed, or to ask what we hold about you.

Email hello@payluma.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
